The Sunday Reset
~ A Ritual of Renewal ~
Slow, soulful yoga and Nordic-style spa therapy to gently reset your nervous system and return you to yourself before the week begins.
Overview
Each Sunday Reset gathering begins with a slow, embodied hatha flow — grounding, breath-led, and accessible — designed to soften tension, quiet the mind, and gently bring you home to your body.
From there, you are invited into the sacred rhythm of the thermal cycle — an ancient ritual of warmth, cooling, and rest that supports nervous system balance, circulation, and deep renewal. You’ll have access to the sauna and hot tub for comforting heat, followed by invigorating cold elements such as a snow scrub or cold-water douse, and then spacious time to rest and integrate — allowing your system to fully receive the healing power of contrast and stillness.
This is not a class you rush in and out of.
It’s a pause.
A reset.
A soft place to land.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and quietly renewed.

The Thermal Cycle
The thermal cycle is an ancient ritual of warmth, cooling, and rest — designed to gently awaken your body, calm your nervous system, and invite deep renewal.
During your Sunday Reset, you’re invited to move through the cycle at your own pace: lingering in the comforting heat of the sauna and hot tub, refreshing your system with invigorating cold elements such as a snow scrub or cold-water douse, and then resting in a quiet, candlelit space devoted to silence, where pillows, blankets, and bolsters are layered to support your body in feeling fully held, comfortable, and nourished.
Each round becomes a gentle invitation to release what you’ve been holding, support circulation and lymphatic flow, and return to a grounded sense of calm — leaving you feeling clear, relaxed, and quietly restored.

A Note for Animal Lovers (and those with allergies):
Our beloved feline family member, Milo, sometimes joins us.
He fancies himself a bit of a therapy cat and may visit and curl up beside participants. Please keep this in mind if you’re sensitive or prefer a pet-free space.

It’s a gentle blend of both. The Sunday Reset is held in a calm, peaceful atmosphere that honours quiet, inward space — while also offering soft, heartfelt connection within a warm, welcoming circle.
During the thermal cycle, silence is lovingly observed in the Resting Room — creating a sacred space for deep rest, reflection, and integration.
