Overview

Through the practices of Yin or Restorative Yoga, gentle breathwork, reflective journaling, Yoga Nidra, and spa time, you’ll release stress and tension, quiet your mind, and prepare your body for deep, restorative sleep.

Wind down and start your weekend feeling more refreshed, restored and grounded.

Your Evening Includes…

Breathwork/Pranayama:

To relax and settle your nervous system.

Journaling:

Explore your thoughts and emotions with reflective journaling exercises, encouraging self-discovery and mindfulness.

Yin Yoga:

Connect more deeply into your body with sustained and supported poses to unwind stored tension. 

Yoga Nidra/’Yogic Sleep’ : A restorative, meditative practice that creates effortless relaxation by guiding you, step by step, deeper into your physical and inner landscape.

Tea & Light Snack Served post practice

Spa time: Relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub and indoor Finnish sauna, providing a perfect complement to your self-care experience. Or simply relax in the yoga studio.

You deserve this time for yourself to de-stress recharge, and enter the weekend feeling rested and replenished.

All levels are welcome, no prior experience necessary.

Limited to 9 participants for a cozy, intimate experience.

A note for animal lovers (and those with allergies):
Our beloved feline family member, Milo, sometimes joins us. He fancies himself a bit of a therapy cat and may curl up beside participants. Please keep this in mind if you’re sensitive or prefer a pet-free space.

Private group bookings are also available — please reach out to discuss your custom R&R experience.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and priorities can change. If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice by email to cathtombs@wellnessinbloom.ca, you will receive a credit less $25 towards another self-care experience.

Please note that no credits are available for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
