Overview

Breathe Into Being is a weekly invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself — all from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

Each class blends together gentle practices that guide you out of the busyness of “doing” and into the spaciousness of simply being.

Together we’ll explore…

Gentle Yoga Warm-Up – a brief, accessible sequence of postures to release tension in the spine, shoulders, and chest, open the ribcage, and prepare the body to receive the breath with greater ease and fullness, while fostering a deeper mind-body connection.

Guided Journaling – prompts and reflections to help you tune into your inner world, release mental clutter, and gain clarity.

Breathwork – an intentional breathing technique designed to gently release stuck emotions and energy held in the body & nervous system, creating more freedom, flow, and inner ease.

Relaxation – a restorative closing practice to leave you feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.

Integration & Connection – each session concludes with reflective journaling to anchor your insights and a Q&A to share, ask questions, and connect in community.
