The Evening Includes:
Yin Yoga: Connect more deeply into your body with sustained and supported poses to unwind stored tension.
Breathwork/Pranayama : To relax and settle your nervous system.
Journaling: Explore your thoughts and emotions with reflective journaling exercises, encouraging self-discovery and mindfulness.
Yoga Nidra/’Yogic Sleep’ : A restorative, meditative practice that creates effortless relaxation by guiding you, step by step, deeper into your physical and inner landscape.
Sauna, Hot tub: Relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub and indoor Finnish sauna, providing a perfect complement to your self-care experience.
You deserve this time for yourself to de-stress, recharge, and enter the weekend feeling refreshed and balanced.
All levels are welcome.

What to bring: wear comfy clothes, journal, bathing suit, towel, or robe if you wish to enjoy the sauna/hot tub.
***Please note that if you are allergic to cats or not a fan of cats, we have a beloved feline family member named Milo. He fancies himself to be a bit of a therapy cat and loves to snuggle up to participants at times.
Cancellation policy:
I understand that life happens and priorities can change. If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice by email to cathtombs@wellnessinbloom.ca, you will receive a credit less $25 towards another self-care experience.
Please note that no refunds or credits are available for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. This policy is in place due to the length and highly personalized nature of these experiences.
