Love in Bloom
A Sacred Chocolate & Connection Ritual for Couples
& Melissa Gagne of Eaten and Told
An afternoon of presence, pleasure, and remembering each other.
Overview
A Valentine’s experience created to help couples slow down and reconnect in meaningful, heart-centred ways.
This intimate afternoon weaves together guided breathwork, gentle partner connection, a sacred artisan chocolate tasting, and soulful storytelling rituals inspired by the work of Esther Perel — creating space for presence, emotional closeness, and remembering one another beyond the busyness of everyday life.
You’ll be guided through practices that calm the body, open the heart, and invite deeper listening, gratitude, and shared intention — all within a warm, reverent, and gently held environment.
This is not a typical date.
It’s a nourishing ritual of slowing down, savouring, and tending your connection — together.
An optional Afterglow Spa Ritual (hot tub & sauna) is available for couples wishing to extend their experience with quiet soaking and integration.

A Note for Animal Lovers (and those with allergies):
Our beloved feline family member, Milo, sometimes joins us.
He fancies himself a bit of a therapy cat and may curl up beside participants. Please keep this in mind if you’re sensitive or prefer a pet-free space.
“You are worthy of rest. You don’t have to earn rest. Rest is not a luxury, a privilege, or a bonus you must wait for once you are burned out.”
