That is completely natural and understandable to feel nervous and at the same time curious to try something new. Sometimes the hesitation is being together with a group of people you don’t know well. I can assure you, my retreats attract lovely open-hearted and welcoming people just like you.
-
This retreat is built around practices that directly support your nervous system: daily yoga and yoga nidra to restore rest, breathwork to regulate stress, and intentional movement through a guided cycling tour through the countryside.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be invited to slow down and savour mindfully—whether it’s a glass of wine, a shared meal, or the natural beauty around you—helping you reconnect with presence, pleasure, and a deeper sense of calm.
Being in nature, away from your regular environment, and in a small group of a maximum of 18 creates the kind of conditions for genuine rest that are hard to replicate at home.
Catharine is a Registered Physiotherapist as well as a yoga and breathwork teacher, so all practices are adapted to where you are physically — no prior experience needed. Most participants describe leaving with a clearer head, better sleep in the days that follow, and a sense of having genuinely recharged.

September is one of the most beautiful times to visit Prince Edward County. Expect mild to warm daytime temperatures (typically 18–24°C), cooler evenings that are perfect for a light sweater, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors comfortably.
Our retreat takes place during harvest season, when vineyards are buzzing with activity and the County begins to show hints of autumn colour. It's an ideal time for cycling, nature walks, outdoor dining, wine tastings, and simply slowing down to savour the season.
While occasional rain showers are possible, September is generally known for its pleasant temperatures, sunny days, and beautiful golden light—making it one of the most popular times of year to experience Prince Edward County.
