That is completely natural and understandable to feel nervous and at the same time curious to try something new. Sometimes the hesitation is being together with a group of women you don’t know well. I can assure you, my retreats attract lovely open-hearted and welcoming women just like you.
-
This retreat is built around practices that genuinely support your nervous system: morning yoga and breathwork to ground and awaken, yin yoga and yoga nidra for deep rest, and guided forest walks through Muskoka’s fall colours to clear the mind.
Being in nature, away from your regular routine, and in a small, intimate group of 10 women creates the kind of conditions for real rest that are hard to find at home.
Catharine is a Registered Physiotherapist as well as a yoga and breathwork teacher, so all practices are adapted to where you are physically — no prior experience is needed. Most women describe leaving with a clearer head, better sleep in the days that follow, and a genuine sense of having come home to themselves.
-
