  • Absolutely!  I commend you for your courage in being willing to try something new and listening to the nudge that is calling you to register.

  • Yes, please bring comfy clothes, so you can dress in layers depending on the weather. You do not need ‘yoga wear’ for the yoga practices as long as you have comfortable clothes. Pack some comfortable and supportive shoes for walking, your bathing suit and perhaps a robe. Please also pack your yoga mat, journal, and a small pillow and light blanket for the yoga practices.

  • That won’t be a problem, the chef is very accommodating and there are both vegetarian and vegan brunch options. Let us know what your needs are.

  • Please let me know what injury you are experiencing, as a physiotherapist I am well equipped to offer you modifications or alternative rest poses.  The yoga practice is gentle and completely optional.

  • The retreat participant numbers will be a maximum of 30 people.

  • That is completely natural and understandable to feel nervous and at the same time curious to try something new. Sometimes the hesitation is being together with a group of people you don’t know well. I can assure you, my retreats attract lovely open-hearted and welcoming people just like you.

  • Attending this wellness retreat offers a unique opportunity to reset and nourish yourself through active adventures and culinary delights. You’ll reconnect with your body and spirit by cycling scenic country roads, savoring fresh, local foods, and sampling local wines.
